All products sold on this website are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed, shipped, or delivered.
Many items are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, and therefore refunds or returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and policies carefully before placing an order.
Replacements (Limited & Case-by-Case)
In limited situations, a replacement may be offered at the sole discretion of the seller. To be considered, all of the following conditions must be met:

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

Clear photos and a detailed description of the issue are provided

The issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or damage caused during production
Approval of a replacement is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Exclusions
Replacements will not be provided for:

Cosmetic variations, color differences, or minor imperfections

Visible layer lines, surface texture, seams, or other normal characteristics of 3D-printed items

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or modification

Exposure to heat, water, sunlight, chemicals, or outdoor conditions (unless explicitly stated as outdoor-safe)

Normal wear and tear

Items damaged after delivery or pickup
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
